HRG i-Suite™ iPhone Application provides HRG clients with seamless access to their business travel itineraries, and other useful trip information. It links both telephone and HRG Online bookings, and delivers access to; Journey Timeline, Profile Alerts, Travel Alerts, Membership Details, and Book Hotels. HRG i-Suite™ works in complete harmony with HRG’s other product offerings to share Profile, Policy, Booking and other information across a secure business travel management environment.
This release includes:
• Journey Timeline – ability to see up and coming trips on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis. Provides a summary of vital information for check in.
• Profile Alerts – provides an alert when key date sensitive information such as credit cards or passports etc are about to expire.
• Travel Alerts – up to date information about any events that may impact travel before, or whilst on the move.
• Access to membership card numbers – for air, hotel, car, rail, delivering easy access whilst on the move.
• Hotel Booking – ability to book hotels on the move, whilst still adhering to corporate policy. Shows only those hotels with availability and true rates, sorted by key office location, town/city/airport, or current location.
To use HRG i-Suite™ iPhone application you must have an HRG i-Suite™ account. To book hotels through the app you will need to create a PIN for your account. You can create a PIN from your profile section of the web version of HRG i-Suite™.
